Project Deposits

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a project start date.

No work will begin until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid before the final website is launched or transferred to the client.

Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the scope of work and the timely delivery of content, feedback, and approvals from the client.

Delays in providing required information may affect project completion dates.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Accurate project information
• Required content and images
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Legal rights to any content supplied

OptimaWebAI is not responsible for delays caused by missing content or late responses.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process.

Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed project scope may be billed separately.

Website Hosting and Maintenance

Where applicable, the first month of hosting and maintenance is included with new website projects.

Thereafter, hosting and maintenance services are billed at the agreed monthly rate.

Failure to pay hosting fees may result in suspension of website services.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The client will own the final website design and content once full payment has been received.

OptimaWebAI reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third Party Services

Projects may involve third party services, platforms, plugins, payment gateways, domains, or integrations.

OptimaWebAI is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, or issues caused by third party providers.

Limitation of Liability

OptimaWebAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, website, or third party platforms.

While we strive to deliver reliable solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or specific business outcomes.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable once work has commenced.

Refund requests will be considered only where required by applicable law.

Completed work and delivered services are not eligible for refunds.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

Any work completed up to the termination date will remain payable by the client.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Governing Law
