  • The service is not delivered as agreed upon.

  • The client cancels within a specified time frame (7 days after payment) before any work begins. Refunds will not be provided if the work has already begun or if the service is partially delivered.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a service, please email us at optimawebai@gmail.com with your cancellation request. If cancellation occurs after the work has commenced, payment for the completed work will be due.

3. Non-refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, such as initial consultation fees, design deposits, and ongoing services such as monthly maintenance or support.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
